Joe came to assess the existing window and explained fully why a new one would be the better route and what the costs involved would be. The work was done within two months of booking it in. Once the work was started, progress was continuous and swift until completion. The window is perfect, the making-good has all been done, and the room was left tidy. We struggled to find anyone to help repair our broken original wooden sash windows. Most tradesmen were recommending that we rip them out and replace them with plastic ones. Joe came to the rescue and re-sashed and repaired our windows which are now as good as new and help maintain the character of our house.
