Excellent service from beginning to end. I had 4 UPVC sash windows with broken mechanisms. Joe was quick to respond with quotes and the work was done quickly and efficiently by Mike and Everton, who were friendly and left everything clean and tidy. We had two very old and rotten sash windows replaced with new double glazed wooden sashes and one sash window repaired where the cords had snapped. Everyone from quotes to fittings was very friendly and knowledgeable about sash windows.

My very very old sash window was not opening. Many carpenters came and left saying that the window needs replacement or would need to be repaired with abseiling (very expensive) due to it being on the 4th floor.
